Admissions
At DeTar Hospital Navarro, the admissions/registration desk is located on the first floor of the hospital in the main lobby.
For inpatient admitting at DeTar Hospital North, please check in at the volunteer's desk in the main lobby, and you will be directed to an admitting clerk. For outpatient procedures and day surgery, Admitting is located in the rear of the hospital. Please enter the doors at the circular drive and check in at the desk.
Arrive on time:
Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment.
Parking for patients and visitors at DeTar Hospital Navarro is available in the parking lots located at the corners of Nueces and Navarro Streets and in the parking garage located on San Antonio Street. Parking is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Parking at DeTar Hospital North is available in parking lots located close to the various entrances. Please note reserved areas or certain designated areas for parking.
Remember to bring:
- All current health insurance information, including your insurance card
- Physician orders and prescriptions for any tests you will receive
- Referrals from your primary care physician (if your insurer requires them)
- A payment method for deductibles and co-payments (Financing is also available)
- Your advance directive, or living will, if you have one
- A photo ID
- Any home medications you are taking
