At DeTar Healthcare System, we are honored to serve Victoria and the Crossroads region, thanks to the dedicated, skilled, and compassionate individuals who make up our team. As we celebrate Hospital Week May 11 - 17, we recognize and appreciate the caregivers who make a difference at DeTar and in our community every day.
From the moment you walk through our doors at DeTar, our team is here to provide a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. Our environmental services and facilities staff work tirelessly to maintain a comfortable space for healing. Our primary care physicians, imaging specialists, and lab professionals help keep our community healthy through preventive care, screenings, and diagnostics.
When illness strikes, our nurses, physicians, and therapists provide expert care—whether through surgery, rehabilitation, or inpatient treatment. In life’s most precious moments, our labor and delivery team helps families welcome new arrivals. And in the most urgent situations, our emergency room physicians, nurses, and staff are there to provide life-saving care.
Beyond our hospital walls, we stand ready in times of crisis—whether responding to pandemics, natural disasters, or major emergencies—working alongside first responders and public health officials to protect and support our community.
