DeTar Medical Group announces that Family Nurse Practitioner Jared Nielson, FNP-C, will be relocating from 510 E. Rio Grande St. to DeTar on Demand, located at 9006 N. Navarro, Suite B, to better serve his patients. This move will be effective April 7th. With this relocation, a new phone number is also available for appointments: 361-485-0099. Mr. Nielson is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is dedicated to providing high-quality care to the Victoria community.
