DeTar Medical Group Welcomes Family Nurse Practitioner

VICTORIA, Texas (May 1, 2024) – DeTar Medical Group is pleased to introduce Jared Nielson, FNP-C, as the latest primary care provider. Jared Nielson is board certified by the American Association of Nurses and is available to offer new patients preventive care, including wellness exams, screenings and immunizations. Mr. Nielson will also offer diagnosis and treatment for both acute and chronic illnesses.

Nielson’s office will be located on the DeTar hospital Navarro campus, in the same building as Roger’s Pharmacy. His office will accept most insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid and new patients are welcomed to schedule with his practice.
