Donald Breech, M.D.

Dr. Donald Breech appreciates the efficiency and knowledge of the team of specialists in the DeTar OR and the dedication DeTar’s administrative team offers in securing advanced technology that allows surgeons to deliver quality medical care to their patients. Dr. Breech received his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School at San Antonio and performed his internship at Bexar County Hospital before completing his residency at Oklahoma University Health Science Center. With more than 30 years of experience, Dr. Breech believes orthopedic surgery is a dynamic field offering frequent innovations that give him the opportunity to help his patients achieve a better quality of life. Dr. Breech is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.

 
Charles Daniel, M.D.

Dr. Charles Daniel has been practicing medicine for more than 35 years and has devoted 27 of those years to serving the Victoria community. Dr. Daniel received his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch Galveston and completed his internship at Baylor University Medical Center Dallas prior to his residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch Galveston Division of Orthopedic Surgery. Dr. Daniel is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.

   
Jerry Followwill, M.D.

Dr. Jerry Followwill has been practicing in Victoria since 1997. He completed a sports medicine fellowship at North Sydney Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Center in Sydney, Australia. He attended the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio for his orthopedic surgery residency and the University of Iowa College of Iowa for medical school. Dr. Followwill is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.

   
James Shook, D.O.

Dr. James Shook received his medical degree from the College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines, Iowa before completing his internship and residency program at Brooke Army Medical Center at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio. Dr. Shook has practiced medicine in Victoria since 1979. His practice includes surgical services as well as Texas Department of Insurance Impairment Ratings. In addition to his Victoria practice, Dr. Shook also sees patients in Beeville and Port Lavaca. He is accepting new patients. To schedule an appointment, please call 572.3021.

   
Benjamin Wilson, M.D.

Dr. Wilson was raised in Snyder, Texas where he graduated valedictorian. He then went on to graduate Magna Cum Laude from Texas A&M University in College Station. After college, he attended medical school at UTMB in Galveston and completed his orthopedic surgery residency training at Michigan State University.
