Community Mother and Child Health Center

The Community Mother and Child Health Center, located at 510 E. Rio Grande Street, has a goal to provide all pregnant women with access to quality prenatal care. A partnership with DeTar Healthcare System, the Center offers free pregnancy testing, pregnancy care, prenatal education, newborn care classes, nutrition education, breastfeeding information and assistance applying for Medicaid for pregnant patients. Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins are welcome. Services are based on a sliding-fee scale.

Hours of operation:  Monday - Thursday 9:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M.; 1:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M
