Meditech is DeTar Healthcare System's patient data retrieval system. The application is available for your use though a broadband connection (cable, DSL, T1)or a standard modem. Information is secured by provider association and is user ID and password protected.

The Meditech application offers several useful features for retrieving patient information.

A few of the items available for viewing as well as hard copy print out are:

• Discharge summaries
• History and physical reports
• Face sheets
